These dates would be very helpful if you could please explain the meaning of "Active support" versus "Passive support" on this page.  I just want to be cleared on the support for the version that I currently have.

A detailed explanation of these terms (and other support-related policies) can be found in the Worksoft Support Services guide available when you login as a customer on the Worksoft self-service portal (na2.salesforce.com/.../login.jsp) as well as on the Worksoft Community website under the Support gallery (community.worksoft.com/.../145.aspx).
