Occasionally the license cannot be
installed because the lslic.exe utility cannot find the host license server.
Usually, restarting the Sentinel LM service will fix this.

From the Windows Desktop,
right-click My Computer and select Manage.
The Computer Management dialog box appears.

Double-click Services and
Applications.

Double-click Services.
-
Scroll to locate the Sentinel LM
service.

Right-click this service and select
Properties.

In the Startup Type field, select
Automatic.

Click OK.

Close the Computer Management dialog
box.
At this point try to install the
license again.
