Log files generated by Certify

There are several log files which contain usage information and errors. Worksoft Support may ask you to attach one or more of these files depending on your issue.

• C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Application Data\Worksoft\log-file.txt

Additional files will be created automatically with a numeric extension e.g. log-file.txt.1

• C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Application Data\Worksoft\licenseError.log
• C:\Program Files\Worksoft\Certify\Client\AutoUpdaterLog.log
• C:\Program Files\Worksoft\Certify\Client\licenseError.log
