Question: I've added some processes to my model including SAP transactions. The
older parts of my model show the LiveCapture statistics but the new
parts don't. I've tried logging out/in and that didn't do it.
Answer: If
you add to your model, your changes won’t accurately reflect the LiveCapture statistics
until you refresh the Summary Data Set. Do this by selecting the Summary Data
Set from the ‘Administration/LiveCapture/Summary Data Sets’ folder in the
LiveModel hierarchy, and choosing ‘Refresh’ from the context menu. Refreshing a
Summary Data Set re-compares the transactions in its associated Raw Data Set
and BDL model.
