A process was needed to automate creating and maintaining user accounts in SAP. The manual process involves executing the transaction SU01 and inputting Account login, User name, Contact information, and initial password. The process takes you to the Parameters tab on SU01 and populating the table with a set of standard data for the user type configuration. After all the parameters are entered the process moves onto the Roles tab. Here, the same concept applies: give the user a set of standard roles for the type or classification of the user (ex: Regular users vs. Time Keeper, etc).
