Symptom: Livetouch does not work for all interfaces for a new installation (or new patch upgrade)Root cause: On Windows Vista if the UAC is turned on, only the base product will be deployed. As a result, the Interface packages do not get deployed (and updated).Solution: Turn off the UAC on the machine and reboot. Do not start other applications (especially the browser). Start Certify, the interface packages will now deploy. (You will see several dos window pop up and disappear).
