Note: When upgrading from Certify 8.5.1 to Certify 8.6.0, Worksoft installer will automatically detect a previous version and ask for your permission to uninstall. (For earlier versions, please uninstall the previous versions before installing Certify 8.6.0).
Important: Please submit a case with Customer Support before
upgrading to Worksoft Certify 8.5.1 or higher from previous versions, e.g., 8.5.0, 8.4.1, 8.3.2, etc. (Also if you
are using the Database maintenance scripts, your DBA will need to replace the previous
Database maintenance scripts, if any, with the new script).
