Question: If I have Microsoft .Net 4 Framework already installed on the Web server\Application server, do I still have to install .Net 3.5?

Answer: If you are using an older version of Certify Connect which supports Windows server 2003 and you have Microsoft .Net 4 Framework, then you still need to install .net 3.5.  installation installs ASP.Net 4 but does not install ASP.Net 2.0. Certify Connect requires ASP.Net 2.0 so please do install .Net 3.5. (Please see Certify Connect Bulletin 5 for more details)

Question: When installing Certify Connect,  I am able to install the Certify Connect Windows Service.  However, when I try to install the Certify Connect Web Service, I get an "Installation Incomplete" message and I am unable to complete the installation.  How do I get past this issue?

Answer: Follow the instructions in the Certify Connect Bulletin #6 to ensure IIS 6.0 Compatibility is installed for IIS v7.0 installations and that support for 32 bit applications is enabled on 64 bit IIS Servers.
