The latest version of Certify.exe (available for Certify 8.3.2.130 and Certify 8.4.1.169) contains a command line flag (/usecertifyconfig) which lets the user use their Worksoft.Certify.exe.config file settings to connect to the database.
Certify.exe will look for the Worksoft.Certify.exe.config file
in the folder where Certify.exe is located.
