When installing a Certify patch, need to start Certify before exiting install mode

With Citrix, you must put it into "install" mode by entering "Change User /install" from a command prompt.  Taking it out of install mode is accomplished by entering "Change User /execute" from a command prompt.   When you install via Add or Remove Programs, Citrix automatically goes into "Install" mode when you start the installation and clicking "Next" or "Finish" after installation exits install mode.  This is not enough for Certify as the initial execution of Certify also must be accomplished in "install" mode in order to allow the Interfaces to be installed and registered correctly for all users.  The correct basic installation procedure for Citrix is:

1.       Login to the Citrix Server console as a local administrator

2.       Put Citrix in install mode

a.       Open a command prompt

b.      Enter "Change User /install"

3.       Apply the Worksoft Certify patch (according to the README file).

4.       Execute Certify to finish the installation

5.       Put the Citrix user in execute mode

a.       Open a command prompt

b.      Enter "Change User /execute"
