PROBLEM :
The controls highlight a little lower than where the actual control
exists while creating a process using LiveTouch in Certify for any web
application(HTML)
CAUSE:
If the checkbox "Display all websites in Compatibility View in the
Internet Explorer(IE) " is not enabled then you notice the above
problem
RESOLUTION:
The issue can be resolved by following the given steps :
Enable the checkbox "Display all websites in Compatibility View
" (Tools→Compatibility View Settings→ Display all websites in
Compatibility View ).
The controls gets highlighted accurately on the search field when
we created a Process using LiveTouch when the above options are set.
