Troubleshoot installation with XP

 

 

On XP, If after installing Certify client using the administrative user, a regular (limited user) can not access Certify. Starting up Certify results in the following error message:

 

Then please ask the administrator to give rights to the Program Files\Worksoft\Certify folder for that particular user.
