Refresh problem in Solution manager Repository Browser

Symptoms: When adding a new process, the Solution manager solution sometimes does not show the new process even when the user clicks on the Refresh button in Solution manager.

• If you start from solman and create the script in certify, then the tree refreshes correctly
• If you start from certify to create the script and save it to solman, then the tree does not refresh

Solution: There is an alternate way to refresh the Repository Browser tree.
