Symptom: While trying to launch SAP instance through Certify action “Launch SAP” it was failing with error message ‘The system description cannot be found in the list.
Root cause: This may be due to incomplete entry in the saplogon.ini.
Check to see if you have any blank descriptions (such as below).

Solution: Please check if saplogon.ini exist, correct any incorrect or missing entries and choose a system from the list in the saplogon.ini file.
