Worksoft Certify provides integration with SAP Solution manager and Ecatt
- Processes can be edited via the Solution manager
- Results in Worksoft certify can be presented in Solution manager
In SAP Ecatt\Solution manager a test configuration typically
has 3 parts:
-
Test script integrates with a process in Certify
-
Test Data Container (optional) holds data. Test Data Container can be used to pass data to a Certify
process
-
System Data
Container (required in Solution Manager 7.1) identifies systems that can be used
by a test. The SDC can be used by Certify processes if desired, although the user can
also ignore any data supplied to Certify from an SDC.
It is common for test data
containers and system data containers to be created and maintained separately
so that they can be re-used across multiple tests. It is common for a
test script to be used by one test configuration only, so test scripts are
typically not re-used.
