For anonymous Citrix Xenapp users:
UserProfile.XML stores many Certify settings includes previous project, execution mode settings and customized columns by the user. If users are logged in as Anonymous on the
Citrix server, the setting are reverted with every login.
One potential solution is to use a startup script to
copy the c:\documents and settings\(user)\Application Data\Worksoft\UserProfile.xml file into place for each new citrix session.
