Problem when adding additional license

Symptoms: Additional license has been issued and applied to the Sentinel license server. However, the feature for the new license does not seem to be enabled.

Root cause: Normally, it is not required to restart the Sentinel license service after a new license is added. However, we occasionally run into a few cases where the Sentinel license service has needed to be restarted.

Resolution: Restart the Sentinel services
