Problem unzipping the Worksoft Certify installer

If the user tries to unzip the folder on the desktop, it is possible to run into the limit for the length of the new file name. Using Windows compress utility, the error message "the file is password protected would be shown".

 

Resolution: Unzip the package in the C:\ drive or other folder location that has short pathname than the desktop.
