Sometimes the LiveTouch dialog may move off-screen. The steps below explain different ways to bring the dialog back into view:
1) The default location is wherever you left it last. This is true for all forms in Certify. So one solution to the problem is to change resolution then move the form. When you change back, it will remain in that location.
2) If the form comes up off screen, the user can hit alt-space to activate the menu in the upper left corner of every window, then choose “m” to activate the move menu option. After that you can move the window with arrow keys to bring it back to a place where it is visible.
