When executing the Launch SAP action in Worksoft Certify 8.4.1 and up, if the step fails with an error message "Unable to access Sapshcut.exe", then please check to see if the file Sapshcut.exe is blocked (by right clicking on the file in Window explorer and selecting Properties). If it is blocked as shown in the screenshot below, click on unbloclk button.
