Internet explorer not working after an upgrade

Symptoms: When running processes against a new installation of Internet explorer (with the correct configuration as mentioned in the Worksoft Installation guide), the Load Browser step fails.

Root cause: When you install Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 6, it automatically disables unconfirmed browser Add-ons.

Resolution: Enable the Worksoft "Web Loader Class" Add-on.

1. Go to Tools menu and choose Manage Add-ons 

2. Find the Worksoft, Inc. "Web Loader Class" add-on in the list of available add-ons and select it.

3. Click the "Enable" button
