Symptom: When importing .txt or .csv file into a recordset, the East Asian language characters are lost.
Root cause: The .txt and .csv file on the Certify client machine does not support unicode characters.
Solution: To be able to enter Unicode characters
in a .txt file or .csv on XP, the user has to enable East Asian languages in
Control Panel > Region and
Language Settings (will require XP setup
disk)
