Certify 8.6.0 does not currently support Internet Explorer 9.0.
If Certify 8.6.0, is installed on a machine with Internet Explorer 9.0, there is a chance that Internet Explorer will generate an error. At that point, it is best to remove the BHO loader, which will render the Certify HTML interface unusable but will eliminate the problem with the Internet Explorer 9.0.
Here's how:
1. In IE go to Tools|Internet Options and then select the
Programs tab.
2. Click the Manage Add-Ons button.
3. Make sure that the "currently loaded add-ons"
is selected.
4. Find our BHO in the list: "Web Loader Class".
5. Select it and click the Disable button.
6. Then hit the Close button on this dialog and OK to the
Internet Options dialog, restart IE, and our BHO will no longer be a problem.
There is no need to completely remove it from the
computer.
