Symptom: LiveTouch for SAP will not
highlight any objects on the SAP pop-up window.
Reason: Modal properties are not set correct on the SAP system
Resolution: From SAP GUI screen, please elect
following menu path
Help->Setting
Go to tab captioned "F4 Help"
and make sure the option button "Dialog (modal)" is selected on the bottom left
part of the screen as show below.
