Error generating a report

If you see the Worksoft Certify error message after saving a report for the first time on the Certify client machine, please check the log-file.txt in the application data location, e.g., C:\documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Worksoft

Symptom: The Certify log file contains the entry "ERROR Worksoft.Common.UI.Controls.Reporting.WSPrint  - No application is associated with the specified file for this operation"

Root cause: The system does not have a PDF reader installed.

Solution: Install a PDF reader from the http://www.adobe.com website.
