Creating a user to execute batch process

The user who will execute the batch command needs to at least have (or belongs the a group that has) rights to

The userID needs to belong to have (or belongs the a group that has) rights to

1.       Read/execute process

2.       Read/write/execute the project in question

Note: The "effective" rights is controlled by the intersection of project rights and editors rights. So if the batchuser below were to login the only thing he/she can do is view and execute processes. The batchuser will not be able to navigate to any other editors, such as Results, Data, etc.
