Symptom: When right clicking on the field in SAP and selecting one of the four options for Certify Data, the user will get "Count not find end point element error" as shown below.

This happens the first time the user attempts to use Certify Data on this particular machine.
Root cause: The Certify Data folder is missing. The user upgraded from an earlier version such as Certify 8.5.0 to Certify 8.6.0 (or up) without using the full installation set up. (The user may have copied the files for the Certify 8.6.0 patch and pasted into the Client folder. Certify Data is installed as part of the full installation. Therefore, the Certify Data is missing.
Resolution: To verify that this is the case, go to the Worksoft\Certify\Client folder. Please see if the folder called "LiveData" is missing. If it is, please re-install Certify 8.6.0 (or up) using the Installation files.
