recommend a client to install Certify on to overcome the latency issues?
Answer:
The important thing is whether the IT department has
expertise in Microsoft Terminal Server or Citrix XenApps. Problem usually
arises when the IT administrator configures either Microsoft Terminal Server or
Citrix XenApps incorrectly (or does not know how to debug certain issues).
Usually, we see more IT admins struggle with Citrix XenApps than
Microsoft Terminal Server, perhaps, because Citrix XenApps offers more features
than Microsoft Terminal Server.
Latency-wise, there is not a significant difference -
again, as long as the servers are tuned and configured correctly according to
the recommendation by either Microsoft (for Terminal Server) or Citrix (for
XenApps).
