Symptom: When starting the Adobe PDFforms Learn tool from the Certify Tools menu (Tools -> Certify Learn -> PDFforms), the following error message is shown:

Root cause: Certify PDFforms Interface installation was not successful.
There are three possible reasons for this:
1. Certify PDFforms interface requires Adobe Acrobat X and up. Please note that Adobe Acrobat is not the same as Adobe Acrobat Reader. (Details in Installing Adobe Acrobat after Certify is already installed)
2. Certify was not installed in the default location under C:\Program Files\Worksoft.
3. Adobe Acrobat was not installed in the default location under C:\Program Files\Adobe.
