13 How to Use the Security Features of Certify

After logging into Certify, you will need to create users. A user is an individual authorized to access Certify with permissions assigned by the administrator of your system for everyone who has access to Certify. To limit access, you can create groups. A group is a collection of users that perform particular tasks or have privileges to access certain functionality within in Certify with customized permissions and add users to these groups. Certify creates one predefined group called Administrators and places one user called admin in that group.
