The Worksoft Community website Knowledge base contains thousands of useful articles regarding Worksoft products, Worksoft support and Worksoft Professional Services.

Option 1 [Recommended]: In the text box on the upper right hand corner of the screen (where the text says "Enter Search Terms", type in search phrase such as "LiveTouch" and press enter. A list of articles matching the phrase will appear along with options to further narrow down the search.

Option 2: Browse articles by category: Click on a Category such as Worksoft Certify Impact under Worksoft Product to see articles regarding Worksoft Certify Impact.
