Using a subset of the rows in a recordset

When attaching a recordset to a Process (in the Details tab) or when a child process is called with a recordset specified, the variables in the process are set to the values of the matching variable names in each row of the recordset during execution. If there are n number of rows in the recordset, the execution loops through the process n number of times.

However, in certain scenarios, the user may not want to run the process with all the rows in the recordset. In such case, there are two ways to write the process.

1. To read a subset of the rows in a recordset, use the Recordset filter feature (only applicable when a child process is being called with a recordset specified).

2. To read one row of the recordset, use the Read recordset action.
