Problem #1: After installing Certify Impact, the user gets a 403.14 error when they try to browse Certify impact 

Root cause: Directory browsing is not enabled

Solution: Enable the directory browsing for the virtual directory

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

a. Start IIS Manager. To do this, click Start, click Run, type inetmgr.exe, and then click OK.

b. In IIS Manager, expand server name, expand Web sites, and then click the Web site that you want to modify.

c. In Features view, double-click Directory Browsing


d. In the Actions pane, click Enable

Problem #2: With IIS 7.0, you may also encounter "Server error: HTTP Error 404.2 - Not Found"

Root cause:  The cause & resolution for this problem are described in this Microsoft support bulletin.

Solution: To resolve this issue, configure the restriction on the ISAPI and CGI Restrictions page to allow the requested ISAPI resource or the requested CGI resource.

 To do this, follow these steps:

a.       Click Start, type Inetmgr in the Start Search box, and then click Inetmgr in the Programs list. 

Note: If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

b.      Locate the level that you want to configure.

c.       In Features view, double-click ISAPI and CGI Restrictions.

d.      Right-click on the restriction that restricts the requested ISAPI resource or the requested CGI resource and click on Allow
