Symptom: Registered SAP system in Certify Connect (Web) is not displayed in Certify Impact Login Page, even though SAP login test is successful in Configure Connect. The Impact home page displays a cross mark in System Field as shown in below diagram.

Root cause: The error indicates that the User created for Certify Impact/Connect has insufficient privileges.

Recommendation: Certify Impact and Certify Connect must have DB Owner access. Please verify that the user id that is used has db_owner access to three databases (a) Certify, (b) CertifyConnect & (c) CertifyImpact.
